All packages include up to 40 guests for 3 hours & 1 one hour meeting (additional meeting time can be purchased). See below for more a la carte choices.

Property Rental

Each area includes set up and breakdown, tables and chairs, choice of linen color, house centerpiece, Iced lemon water, restroom facilities and an onsite coordinator.

Brick Patio Rental (Partial Coverage plus grassy area) : $800
Ballroom Rental (Brick patio plus indoor & climate controlled): $1,400
Bistro Light area Rental (Full grass under mature trees and chandeliers): $2,000

Package Add On's

  • Additional guests: $15 per person, children 2 and under are free
  • Additional hours: $275 per hour (does not include any bar add ons)
  • 1 hour additional meeting time $50
  • DJ/Emcee for event: $300 for the first 3 hours, $75 per hour after that.
  • Bartender and full bar set up: $200 ~ includes a cash bar for three hours
  • Soda, juice, coffee & tea: $7 per person for 3 hours. $5 per person each additional hour
  • Beer and Wine bar: $15 per person for 3 hours. $10 per person each additional hour
  • Full bar with well alcohol: $25 per person for 3 hours. $15 per person each additional hour.
  • Full bar with premium alcohol: $45 per person for 3 hours. $30 per person each additional hour. 
  • On site catering: quoted per event. Everything from dessert stations, hors d oeuvres, interactive and live food stations, buffet options, plated service or gourmet food truck!
  • Photo and video coverage: Ask for custom quoted details 
  • Pool party add on (umbrellas, pool chairs, cocktail tables and lifeguard): $500
  • Upgrade linens (sparkle, pin tuck, satin stripe or specialty): $10 per table
  • Runners: $5 per table
  • Covered Chairs: $3 per chair
  • Colored Chair bows: $1 per bow 
  • Fresh floral centerpieces starting at $10 per table
  • Tea light candles and holders: $1 each
  • Chargers (Silver & gold available): $1 each
  • Stemware with choice of linen napkin color: $2 each
  • Use of design and decor center, quoted per event and items selected.
  • Use of private changing room/lounge: $50
  • Lawn game rentals (Giant Jenga & Checkers, Cornhole & Connect Four) $150

Required

  • Lifeguard if any children under the age of 18 is attending any event: $50 per hour
  • 50% of estimate is due as the deposit when booking
  • Final payment & final decisions required 10 days in advance

This package may not be booked for wedding receptions or wedding ceremony’s.
